Location: Levice, Slovakia (Hybrid: home office possible 2 days a week)

What you will do

• Lead and execute audits of large international EPC projects, focusing on governance, cost, schedule, and contract management.
• Assess project execution risks and identify root causes of delays or budget overruns.
• Partner with project leadership and senior stakeholders to reduce delivery risk and improve outcomes.
• Present clear, business-focused insights to Project Directors and Construction Managers.
• Support continuous improvement of governance and internal control frameworks through data-driven auditing.

Requirements

• 7–15 years of experience in EPC or large industrial projects.
• Expertise in project governance, cost/schedule control, contracts, and risk management.
• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in project control tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Must be based in or able to work from Levice, Slovakia.
