What you will do

• Facilitate the bid process by qualifying RFPs, writing proposals, and developing pricing.
• Collaborate with Account and Sales Directors to expand client relationships and increase revenue.
• Manage client expectations during the delivery phase and drive up-selling opportunities.
• Support the Client Services Team with partner sourcing and additional project information.
• Assist in sales presentations and other strategic sales activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in sales or account management.
• Excellent English and Bulgarian language skills (both verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer focus and previous experience in customer service or sales.
