Focus on leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution and solving complex business challenges.

Location: Based in Tokyo, Japan. Hybrid: Must work from the Japan office at least 3 days per week.

• Optimize company operations by identifying problems and implementing practical solutions.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort working across different business functions (Engineering, Product, Ops, BD).
• Strong ownership and proven execution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong English communication is required as the main working language.
