What you will do

• Drive strategic execution for AI Neobank priorities and manage operating rhythms, including OKRs and leadership updates.
• Coordinate workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, partnerships, finance, and operations.
• Prepare concise decision memos, board materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies before they become critical blockers.
• Assist leadership in making strategic trade-offs regarding people, capital, and market priorities.
• Own special projects that require senior judgement and cross-functional authority.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a strong operator driving strategic execution across teams.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and move from high-level strategy to detailed execution.
• Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with founders, CEOs, and senior external stakeholders.
• Must be based in Korea.
• Strong English communication skills required.
