What you will do

• Own employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives to build awareness of the company as an employer.
• Build international relationships with professional communities, newsletters, blogs, influencers, and universities.
• Plan and execute recruiting events, meetups, and conferences.
• Develop content and campaigns that communicate team culture, mission, and opportunities.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support priority hiring needs.
• Track the performance of sourcing channels, partnerships, and campaigns using analytics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in employer brand, recruitment marketing, community, or partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Russian.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Almaty for a full-time on-site role.
• Strong project management, writing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently turn hiring priorities into practical campaigns and events.
