Creative Talent & Community Partnerships Lead (AI): Building relationships with creative professionals and communities to attract top talent in content, production, and storytelling with an accent on talent sourcing and community partnerships. Focus on developing talent pipelines for creative roles, organizing recruiting events, and scaling the creative team within a fast-growing AI environment.
Location: Fully on-site in Almaty, Kazakhstan (5 days per week)

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with creative communities, studios, agencies, and industry partners.
- Source specialized creative talent including content creators, animators, screenwriters, and directors.
- Develop and manage talent networks and pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Promote open creative roles through relevant newsletters, events, and social channels.
- Plan and execute creative recruiting events, portfolio reviews, and meetups.
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent profiles and implement effective sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in creative recruiting, talent partnerships, community, casting, or creator relations.
- Proven ability to assess creative portfolios and experience.
- English: Excellent written and verbal proficiency (C1+)
- Russian: Excellent written and verbal proficiency (C1+)
- Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Almaty
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-generated content, video production, gaming, film, or social media.
- Existing relationships within media, entertainment, advertising, or creator communities.
- Experience organizing industry partnerships and creative portfolio reviews.
