What you will do

• Lead the design of the DevOps strategy to evolve cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security to support 10x growth.
• Own and manage Data and AI infrastructure across multiple countries.
• Develop observability and detection capabilities to decrease time to discover problems and increase stability.
• Build consensus and establish agreed standards for tools and practices among DevOps engineers across different geographies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the operational platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps.
• Experience with data streaming platforms such as Kafka, Flink, or Databricks.
• Hands-on proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or an engineering-related major.
• Must be based in Singapore
