What you will do

• Collaborate with strategists and design leads to align on creative concepts and communicate delivery timelines.
• Oversee the execution of all post-production deliverables, providing creative oversight specifically for UGC video editing.
• Recommend performance iterations for high-growth clients by analyzing metrics such as hook rates.
• Organize client projects and brand folders to ensure all available content is clearly showcased.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance business processes and leverage the proprietary Nova ecosystem.
• Conduct rigorous QA to ensure deliverables are error-free and launched on time to avoid negative revenue impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Advanced spoken and written English (C1) is required.
• Ability to brief, direct, and provide clear feedback to a team of Content Producers.
• Deep understanding of digital trends and performance-driven editing principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics.
