What you will do

• Manage client project organization and brand folders to ensure content accessibility.
• Lead, teach, and provide clear feedback to a team of Content Producers.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance post-production workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Expertise in video editing software including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Proven ability to lead, direct, and mentor creative teams.
• Deep understanding of digital trends, editing principles, and performance-driven creative.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple project milestones.
