What you will do

• Manage efficient workflows and high-quality output for all post-production deliverables.
• Collaborate with strategists and design leads to translate concepts into engaging video content.
• Provide creative oversight and quality assurance for UGC video editing.
• Recommend performance iterations based on video metrics, such as hook rates, to drive growth.
• Organize client projects and brand folders to ensure content availability.
• Implement AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of video editing experience.
• Must be based in Brazil.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English (C1).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to brief, direct, and provide feedback to a team of Content Producers.
• Deep understanding of digital trends and performance-driven editing principles.

• Experience with motion graphics.
