What you will do

• Lead the execution of all post-production deliverables, ensuring high quality and efficiency across the workflow.
• Collaborate with strategists and design leads to develop concepts and define clear delivery timelines.
• Provide creative oversight for UGC video editing and direct a team of Content Producers.
• Analyze video performance metrics to recommend and implement iterative improvements to content hooks and copy.
• Manage the organization of client projects and brand folders to ensure content accessibility.
• Utilize AI technologies and the proprietary Nova ecosystem to optimize business processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to brief, direct, and provide actionable feedback to a production team.
• Deep understanding of digital trends and performance-driven editing principles.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask across several projects.
