TL;DR
Director, Growth (AI): Building and owning an AI-native GTM stack and automated funnel with an accent on agentic pipelines and LLM-orchestrated lead scoring. Focus on designing scalable growth infrastructure and transitioning from a builder to a leader of GTM engineers.

What you will do
- Design and own the AI-native GTM systems architecture connecting CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and outbound motions.
- Automate the end-to-end funnel using LLMs and agentic workflows for lead scoring, routing, and personalization at scale.
- Build dashboards and data models for real-time tracking of attribution, pipeline velocity, and campaign performance.
- Rapidly prototype internal tools and AI agents to prove value and accelerate GTM velocity.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to translate category-defining content strategies into scalable execution.
- Scale the growth function by hiring and mentoring GTM engineers.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Proven experience building production workflows with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, and automation tooling.
- Technical fluency in Python, SQL, and API-level integrations.
- Deep expertise with GTM stacks including Salesforce/HubSpot, Clay, Outreach/Salesloft, and 6sense/ZoomInfo.
- 5+ years of experience in GTM, RevOps, or marketing engineering, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS or security.
- Founder-mindset with a strong preference for building over buying and shipping over planning.
