Senior Security Researcher Identity & SaaS (Cortex Cloud)

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel; full-time office work is expected for most teams

What you will do

• Lead investigations into risks across SaaS, identity, and cloud platforms and their integration within broader environments.
• Analyze cloud service functionality and configurations to identify inherent risks and develop secure implementation strategies.
• Research real-world attacker methodologies and translate adversary behavior into practical mitigation guidance.
• Design and execute high-fidelity identity-based and SaaS attack simulations in laboratory environments.
• Produce research outcomes that guide customers in secure service adoption and usage.
• Share insights with security experts to influence future cloud and identity security products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of modern adversary TTPs and attack methodologies.
• Experience designing and executing simulated attack scenarios in laboratory environments.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Security research experience focused on SaaS, identity providers, or cloud platforms.
• Public-facing research experience, including conference presentations or technical blog posts.
• Experience with reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis.
• Proficiency in Python or Go.
