What you will do

• Create high-quality animations for characters and creatures meeting aesthetic and technical project requirements.
• Collaborate with animation leads and Technical Art to develop and improve tools, workflows, and pipelines.
• Partner with design and narrative teams to ensure assets are responsive and expressive.
• Manage personal production workloads and timeboxes to meet milestone goals.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain a high standard of quality across the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new techniques into the project.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as an Animator.
• Minimum of one shipped Unreal Engine title in an animation role.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine and Blender.
• Extensive knowledge of animation pipelines, including keyframe and motion capture techniques.
• Strong documentation and debugging skills for diagnosing animation issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced expertise in Blender.
• Experience with creature or non-bipedal animation.
• Experience with first-person animation.
