What you will do

• Create and animate graphics and edit videos in response to UA campaign demand spikes.
• Collaborate with the UA team to deliver high-quality assets aligned with fast-changing priorities.
• Develop animation concepts leveraging brand characters, app UI, and typography.
• Create storyboards in Figma and produce rapid iterations for creative requests.
• Experiment with generative AI tools to explore new video concepts and improve workflow.
• Address localization needs to tailor motion graphics for different global markets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe CC, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts (CTR, conversion rates).
• Must be available for hybrid work in Vilnius (3 days/week in office).

Nice to have

• Experience in tech, digital marketing, or the femtech/health sector.
• Experience creating static ads to complement motion skills.
• Familiarity with Cinema 4D or 3D motion design.
