Salary: USD 120,000 - 130,000 yearly

What you will do

• Act as lead lawyer for legal requests, providing advice on transactional, compliance, and governance matters.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, NDAs, and contract addenda.
• Guide the Sales team on contract risks and commercial solutions to balance business objectives with legal requirements.
• Maintain contract templates and oversee internal approval workflows in collaboration with insurance brokers.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting the business and provide recommendations for necessary actions.
• Coordinate external legal counsel and provide training sessions to the Americas Sales Team.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an American Bar Association accredited law school.
• 10+ years of experience as a U.S. practicing transactional lawyer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS negotiations.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and negotiation skills.
