What you will do

• Support the execution and rollout of the Release Enablement Kit.
• Create user guides, job aids, and user-friendly technical documentation.
• Develop visual learning content using Canva and generative AI tools.
• Coordinate logistics for technical enablement sessions, workshops, and certifications.
• Track participant attendance and learning progress.
• Provide first-level operational support during post-release adoption periods.

Requirements

• University student (6th semester+) in Psychology, Business, Computer Science, Education, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, or Training environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Must be based in San Salvador, El Salvador.

Nice to have

• Interest in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick).
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
