What you will do

• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to produce high-quality video and animation.
• Manage the full production lifecycle including storyboarding, video capture, audio recording, and editing.
• Create motion graphics and animations to support training and communication requirements.
• Develop interactive training content using tools like H5P.
• Translate complex technical information into compelling visual experiences.

Requirements

• Secret clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Cloud applications.
• Experience with professional video production, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple production assignments and meet deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and eligible for security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D modeling or animation software like Blender or Maya.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Experience with eLearning development and learning management systems.
• Background working with military or U.S. Federal Government clients.
