What you will do

• Translate quarterly impact program plans into clear monthly implementation schedules.
• Act as the primary operational contact and trusted advisor for partner cooperatives.
• Coordinate annual premium plans, quarterly meetings, and quality documentation.
• Track implementation progress, flag risks, and gather impact stories to demonstrate results.
• Lead and coach the local Partnership team, including specialists and program assistants.

Requirements

• Relevant university degree.
• 5+ years of experience in the cocoa sector, focusing on cooperative partnerships and program implementation.
• Proven ability to build alignment between cooperatives, traders, and exporters.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ready to travel regularly within Côte d'Ivoire (approximately 10 days per month).
• Strong skills in planning, reporting, and KPI tracking.

Nice to have

• Experience with certification schemes such as Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, or Organic.
• Knowledge of process innovation or digitalization platforms.
