What you will do

• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for studio and on-site shoots.
• Record high-quality video and audio for sports shows, interviews, and social media content.
• Edit fast-paced, engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Produce longer-form YouTube videos, interviews, and branded content.
• Manage the entire production workflow from equipment setup and filming to final delivery.
• Collaborate with presenters and creative teams to develop new video formats and content ideas.

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of studio production equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience creating modern, high-retention content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Deep understanding of video pacing, storytelling, and audience hooks.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be based in Thessaloniki, Greece, to attend frequent on-site shoots.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or compositing.
• Basic skills in color correction and sound design.
• Ability to create thumbnails and supporting graphics for social media.
