What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Managers, and stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements.
• Define user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and maintain up-to-date product specifications.
• Conduct market research and analyze performance data to identify improvements and industry trends.
• Create comprehensive documentation and provide training for new features to users and stakeholders.
• Partner with QA teams to ensure that testing aligns with established business requirements.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
