What you will do
- Develop, modify, and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing materials into finished products.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are implemented.
- Review and approve NCMRs, CAPAs, and investigations, providing expert QA technical direction.
- Design inspection and testing mechanisms and perform statistical analysis to assess product compliance.
- Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards and all documentation is compliant.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within the job area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or technical field with 4+ years of experience in Quality or Medical Devices.
- Alternatively, an Advanced degree in Engineering, Science or technical field with 2+ years of experience.
- Strong risk-based approach to problem solving and ability to work independently.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to work proactively on cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with SAP and SAP ME.
