What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key brand partners, translating their objectives into executable media plans.
• Own the end-to-end execution of retail media campaigns across both digital and in-store channels.
• Manage campaign budgets to ensure full utilization, reconciliation, and identification of revenue growth opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and deliver insight-led ROI reporting and post-campaign analysis for stakeholders.
• Maintain the retail media activity calendar to ensure alignment with seasonal and commercial priorities.
• Line manage and support the professional development of the TFS Media Executive.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Media, or Commercial roles.
• Strong campaign and project management skills.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and calculating ROI.
• Excellent stakeholder and partner management capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Manchester (Trafford Park) office.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, beauty, or FMCG environments.
• Exposure to retail media networks or media sales.
• Experience working with brand-funded marketing campaigns.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
