Data Scientist (Production & Quality)

Salary: Minimum €2,446 gross per month (significantly higher based on market standards)

What you will do

• Manage and deliver end-to-end data science projects for production and quality stakeholders.
• Perform statistical analyses to solve ad-hoc business problems and generate measurable impact.
• Build and maintain data science products, from scoping and execution to final delivery.
• Drive innovation by introducing new statistical methods, data products, and business processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment.
• Support the management team with pipeline planning, impact tracking, and internal outreach.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science or a related field.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proficiency in at least one of R, Python, or SQL, with a willingness to learn the others.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Theoretical and applied understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms.
• Ability to curate and present data stories effectively to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in production and quality analytics.
• German language proficiency.
• Applied technical literacy in Git, API calls, web crawling, and prompt engineering.
