What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Baltics region from briefing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates through diverse recruitment channels.
• Lead and improve the regional internship program.
• Maintain recruitment data and track key hiring metrics.
• Support talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent in Latvian and English.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS systems and recruitment data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an organized and proactive manner.
• Confidence in conducting interviews and assessing talent.
