What you will do
- Develop and implement the HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage key HR processes, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention.
- Lead performance management, compensation, and rewards systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with labor legislation, collective agreements, and internal policies.
- Manage HR documentation and processes for internal and external audits (ISO, HACCP, BRCGS).
- Collaborate with Group HR teams to execute global HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- University degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in independent or managerial HR positions.
- Deep knowledge of labor legislation and standard HR processes.
- Active command of English (spoken and written).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Drniš, Croatia.
