What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Market Managers in the CIS region to exceed key targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement sustainable solutions to improve operational efficiencies for the wider organization.
• Directly manage key hotel accounts and provide data insights to increase their revenue opportunities.
• Represent the company within the local market and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to drive organizational transformation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience, including 3+ years in team leadership within sales or account management.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or travel industry is a MUST.
• Fluent English and native Russian language proficiency.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
