Location: Beirut, Lebanon. Mandatory minimum 60% field presence (3 days per week) in Mina, Hay Tamlis, and Taameer.

What you will do

• Lead operational planning and coordination of Community Engagement activities across three locations.
• Coordinate workplans and deliverables for focal points across various consortium partners.
• Establish and sustain inclusive community structures and participatory mechanisms.
• Serve as the primary liaison with municipalities and local authorities to facilitate approvals and engagement.
• Analyze community feedback and implement adaptive management adjustments to project frameworks.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and documentation for donors and internal management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement, coordination, or accountability.
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience working with municipalities, community groups, and consortium-based projects.
• Must be based in Lebanon and able to maintain 60% field presence.
