What you will do

• Develop gameplay systems, mechanics, and content to drive engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Own game features across the full lifecycle, from concept and prototyping to launch and optimization.
• Design and balance game economies and progression systems.
• Utilize game analytics and player behavior insights to inform design decisions.
• Create detailed design documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Dev, Art, and Analytics.
• Support live operations through the implementation of new content, events, and updates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in game design for mobile free-to-play games.
• Proven track record in gameplay/systems design, monetization, and live operations.
• Expertise in economy balancing and progression systems.
• Ability to analyze game data to make informed design decisions.
• Strong collaborative mindset and communication skills.
• Availability to work from the Genoa office at least two days per week.
