What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with game studios to ensure high partner satisfaction and trust.
• Identify and drive commercial growth through promotional activities and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities and promotional campaigns with internal teams and external partners.
• Analyze KPIs, GGR, and promotional effectiveness to provide actionable recommendations for improving results.
• Evaluate prospective game studio partnerships by assessing market fit, product quality, and commercial potential.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Integration, Marketing, and BI teams to ensure successful onboarding and growth.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Partnership, Account, or Commercial Management within the iGaming industry.
• Fluent English and Russian language proficiency.
• Experience working with online casino operators, game providers, or aggregation platforms.
• Strong understanding of the online casino content ecosystem and operator business needs.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (HubSpot).
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience launching new game providers or managing content partnerships.
• Knowledge of iGaming commercial models, including revenue share and promotional agreements.
• Experience working in cross-functional international teams.
