What you will do
- Assist in managing Patient Support Programs by liaising with key stakeholders.
- Facilitate seamless patient enrollment processes in accordance with program procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient files and electronic records within the Patient Management System.
- Accompany team members on visits to healthcare providers, pharmacies, or support sites.
- Prepare performance reports and quality assurance metrics.
- Report adverse events and product complaints in compliance with SOPPs.
Requirements
- Degree in a medical field or social work.
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi.
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare, scientific, or NGO environment.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data monitoring and management.
- Commitment to compliance with international standards and internal policies.
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
- Background in customer service management.
