What you will do

• Define and execute the partner ecosystem strategy across the CEE region.
• Identify, launch, and grow strategic partnerships with technology and go-to-market partners.
• Expand the technology ecosystem and Integration Hub, collaborating with AI companies and global platforms.
• Work with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to launch joint initiatives.
• Develop the partner program and own its key performance metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, partner programs, or business development within B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience building and scaling strategic partnerships.
• Technical understanding of APIs and software integrations.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Meta, Google, or other global technology platforms.
• Experience in an international SaaS company.
• Proficiency in Polish, Czech, or other Central & Eastern European languages.
