TL;DR

Purchasing Expert (Procurement): Managing the Purchase to Pay (PtP) process and supporting Market Companies within the Americas Supplier Management Team with an accent on process compliance and stakeholder support. Focus on releasing invoices, managing VIM/GRIR reports, and providing first-line support for PtP escalations.

Location: Based in Panama City, Panama. hirify.global is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

• Release invoices in line with Purchase to Pay (PtP) process and approvals.
• Follow and apply Purchasing controls to ensure process excellence.
• Manage Vendor Invoicing Management (VIM) and Good Receipt Invoice Receipt (GRIR) reports with users.
• Ensure overall process compliance and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide first-line support for escalation of PtP issues regarding indirect purchases.
• Deliver training to Purchase to Pay stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within hirify.global Supplier Management (mandatory).
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• SAP and ARIBA knowledge (mandatory).
• Proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused team player.
