What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Conduct product performance, client behavior, acquisition funnel, and lifecycle analyses.
• Perform validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with the BI team to enhance reporting processes and analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Finance or FX.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of dimensional modeling and star schemas.
• Proficiency in Power BI and DAX for data modeling and visualization.
• Experience with cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and KPI monitoring.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python or R for automation and analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and machine learning concepts.
• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DataOps principles.
