Head of Product (Fintech): Leading the launch of a new Tap to Phone (SoftPOS) business line from the ground up with an accent on product vision, GTM strategy, and unit economics. Focus on building a cross-functional team, leveraging financial licenses for market entry, and optimizing transaction volume and revenue KPIs.

What you will do
- Launch a new Tap to Phone business line, defining the overall product vision and strategy.
- Develop and execute go-to-market and marketing strategies to accelerate market entry.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team consisting of Product, Engineering, and Delivery specialists.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to delivery and iteration.
- Define and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to adoption, transaction volume, and revenue.
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance across target markets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling new fintech products or business lines from scratch.
- Strong background in payments, fintech, or acquiring.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
