What you will do

• Develop and ship high-quality features for the native Android app, the primary member interaction point.
• Create pixel-perfect mobile interfaces with high-quality animations.
• Conduct code reviews and implement optimizations to enhance app performance.
• Ensure code quality and stability within a rapid-paced hyper-growth environment.
• Collaborate closely with backend, firmware, ML engineers, and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience shipping high-quality native Android applications.
• Fluent proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, MVVM, and MVI.
• Experience building scalable, testable enterprise-grade apps.
• Ability to thrive in an intense, demanding environment with a high bar for quality.
• Must be based in Milan or the EU.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in building custom UI components in Jetpack Compose.
• Experience developing software for hardware products, particularly in health or medical fields.
• Experience working with health-related applications and peripherals.
