What you will do

• Create high-fidelity screens, flows, and prototypes using Figma and AI-assisted tools.
• Apply and contribute to the company design system to ensure consistency across the product suite.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers within a three-month release cadence.
• Prepare organized design files with accurate specs and interaction notes for engineering handoff.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Review implemented UI against designs and assist with QA to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional product or UX design experience in a SaaS or digital product environment.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and variants.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to accelerate workflows.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints.
• Solid grasp of UX fundamentals, including user flows, information architecture, and accessibility.

Nice to have

• Exposure to enterprise tools or compliance/regulatory software.
• Familiarity with data-dense interface patterns like dashboards, tables, and complex forms.
• Experience working with an established, token-based design system.
