What you will do

• Manage day-to-day finance inbox communications and billing operations for international clients.
• Own accounts payable processes and support timely monthly financial closes.
• Track accounts receivable to ensure healthy cash flow across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with VAT reporting for Denmark, UK, Norway, and the Netherlands.
• Collaborate with external bookkeeping partners and the RevOps team on billing automations.
• Actively implement AI tools to streamline and scale finance workflows.

Requirements

• Must be a current Master's or final-year Bachelor's student with a strong interest in finance.
• Must be based in Copenhagen to work closely with the Head of Finance.
• English proficiency required.
• Analytical mindset with experience or coursework in accounting procedures.
• Curiosity about finance tech and operational scale-ups.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, and NRR.
