Customer Support Specialist (iGaming)

Location: Onsite in Yerevan, Armenia

What you will do

• Deliver customer service via online and phone support channels.
• Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are fully resolved.
• Provide detailed information regarding website procedures, payments, and requests.
• Collaborate with supervisors from different departments to find optimal solutions for customers.
• Inform customers about current deals and promotions.

Requirements

• Very good and precise written English expression.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts: morning, evening, and night (10:00-18:00, 18:00-02:00, 02:00-10:00).
• Curiosity and interest in digital products, sports, and betting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High level of flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in foreign languages other than English.
