What you will do

• Own CRM copy for push notifications, WhatsApp, and emails to drive engagement and CTR.
• Craft service descriptions and funnel content to carry customers from interest to booking.
• Develop ad concepts and offline materials, taking ideas from brief to execution.
• Define and maintain a consistent, clean, and persuasive brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate daily with Marketing Performance, Business Development, Product, and Customer Service teams.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating copy that drove measurable metrics such as open rates, CTR, or conversion.
• Exceptional written English proficiency with flawless grammar and persuasive style.
• Proven experience in multi-channel copywriting across CRM, web, social, and ads.
• Ability to produce a high volume of work quickly without compromising quality or taste.
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE.

Nice to have

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, email platforms, or social media management tools.
• Basic fluency in design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
