What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for user support requests and system issues.
• Investigate, replicate, and document bugs and data irregularities.
• Manually test new features, fixes, and updates to ensure quality before release.
• Create and maintain test cases, release notes, and user support documentation.
• Monitor data accuracy and consistency within MySQL databases.
• Perform regression testing during release cycles to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• Background in support, quality assurance, or testing within software or data-focused settings.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing processes and bug tracking.
• Basic SQL skills (ideally MySQL) for data exploration and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Confident communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience testing web front-end applications, especially those built with Vue.js.
• Familiarity with JIRA or GitHub Issues.
• Understanding of financial systems and internal operational tools.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
