What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the store team in accordance with company leadership principles.
• Manage daily store operations, including freshness, labor costs, workforce planning, and food safety.
• Monitor operational KPIs, inventory shrink, and food waste to identify and implement improvements.
• Handle full-cycle people management: hiring, training, daily feedback, and regular 1:1 performance reviews.
• Coordinate shift scheduling, payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and general store administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the right product selection and stock availability.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience.
• Fluent level of Romanian and English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset to improve store performance.
• Proactive, service-minded attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
