What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications across the full stack.
• Own features end-to-end from technical design through implementation, testing, and production deployment.
• Improve system architecture, performance, and reliability within a high-traffic environment.
• Work with large-scale databases, caching solutions, and GCP cloud environments.
• Identify and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance products and engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining production systems at scale.
• Strong proficiency with Node.js, React, and Go.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), caching (Redis, Memcached), and GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to improve development workflows and productivity.
