What you will do
- Manage Patient Support Programs by liaising with key stakeholders and ensuring timely patient enrollment.
- Educate patients on program procedures to facilitate a seamless and compliant enrollment process.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient files in accordance with project standards and electronic records.
- Conduct field visits to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and support sites to assist in program implementation.
- Prepare regular performance reports, tracking patient numbers and quality assurance metrics.
- Report adverse events and product complaints following pharmacovigilance guidelines and internal SOPs.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in a medical background or social work.
- 0-1 year of experience in a healthcare, scientific field, or NGO.
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
- Ability to follow international standards and strict Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPPs).
- Strong competencies in teamwork, adaptability, and concern for quality.
Nice to have
- Experience in data monitoring and management.
- Experience coordinating logistics or supply chain operations.
- Background in customer service management.
