What you will do

• Drive manual and automated test planning, strategy, and the implementation of QC standards.
• Lead and monitor the analysis, design, and execution of test cases, procedures, and suites.
• Perform defect analysis, log improvements into tracking systems, and manage them through to completion.
• Document and mitigate high-risk areas for mission-critical systems.
• Determine acceptance criteria for new features and establish test and deployment strategies for architecture changes.
• Write and supervise technical product testing plans with clear timing and milestones.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a Director role.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite at Smart Village, Giza, Egypt.
• BC.S in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• ISTQB certification and software test automation knowledge are mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of SDLC, SQL, IIS, and TFS.
• Strong leadership and professional communication skills.
