What you will do

• Deliver product training on hirify.global Accubid Classic and Anywhere via virtual platforms and in-person sessions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to update educational syllabi and curricula to reflect industry trends.
• Troubleshoot complex estimating challenges and provide expert-level guidance within the corporate CRM.
• Partner with product management to identify software enhancement opportunities for the MEP industry.
• Integrate new software features into courseware to maintain a cutting-edge training network.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction sector.
• Expert-level proficiency in hirify.global Accubid Classic Estimating, Accubid Anywhere Estimating, and hirify.global ChangeOrder.
• 2-year technical diploma or degree in construction/engineering, or certification as a Journeyperson or Technologist.
• Based in Portsmouth, NH or Westminster, CO.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Nice to have

• Background in adult education or professional technical training, or a 4-year degree.
• Proven public speaking experience or experience authoring technical courseware.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
