What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and KPIs used by leadership to improve daily operations and market performance.
• Develop high-complexity SQL queries in Snowflake to power custom ad-hoc projects and reports.
• Act as the primary investigator for triaging and resolving internal and external data quality issues.
• Source and organize data from multiple streams, including payer portals, Rx claims files, and internal databases.
• Mentor junior analysts and assist management with work coordination and training plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in data management, analysis, and auditing of healthcare or payer data.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Intermediate SQL programming experience (Snowflake preferred).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables).

Nice to have

• Understanding of value-based care, Alternative Payment Models, Medicare, and Non-MSSP quality measures.
• Experience with statistical software such as R or Stata.
