What you will do

• Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and resource planning.
• Manage annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Partner with leaders across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations to evaluate investments and business performance.
• Analyze financial drivers related to pricing, monetization, and growth initiatives.
• Develop reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to provide actionable insights for executive and Board reviews.
• Contribute to building scalable financial infrastructure as the company grows.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Development, or Management Consulting.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience building operating models and business cases.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Must be able to work on-site in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
• Experience supporting high-growth technology companies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SaaS, AI, marketplace, or usage-based business models.
