Salary: €31,200 – €39,000

What you will do

• Source, select, and secure a suitable range of home products fitting the target market
• Negotiate optimal prices and commercial conditions with suppliers
• Collaborate with the Planning team to review product performance and grow the range
• Manage inventory levels and oversee the return-to-supplier process
• Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers to optimize assortments

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a home retail buyer
• Degree in Economics or an equivalent field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Strong negotiation and sourcing skills
