Overview

Join a fast-growing fintech startup focused on asset-backed credit solutions. Partner with executive leadership to innovate credit access and monitoring. Work closely with product and engineering teams in a dynamic early-stage environment.

What you will do

• Own accuracy of Capital OS application across asset classes and clients
• Parse legal agreements to support product implementation
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leads
• Manage client onboarding and operational processes
• Resolve client reporting discrepancies and disputes
• Represent customer voice in product communications

Requirements

• 2-4 years of FP&A, asset-backed lending or debt capital market experience
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expert Excel skills
